Owned and operated by Laurel Virginia, a passionate entrepreneur with roots in hospitality and a flair for bold flavor. Tilly Jane’s was built to be more than just a bar—it’s a gathering place.

Laurel Virginia re-opened Tilly Jane’s as owner in 2021 after the subsequent closure by the original owner during the pandemic. Laurel had a clear vision: serve elevated pub food with a Southern twist, deliver unbeatable service, and create a space where everyone—from die-hard sports fans to brunch lovers—feels right at home. From handcrafted cocktails to house-made comfort food, every detail is thoughtfully curated to offer guests the best possible experience.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of Laurel’s partner in life and business, Danny Newton who is the General Manager and front of house liazon who has created an environment focused around sports while still maintaining the vision of comfort and inclusivity that Laurel wanted to bring to the establishment.
